The solution
We developed a web platform to help our client to modernize the processes of the corporate service providers in different jurisdictions.
The Discovery phase of the project was decreased due to detailed requirements provided from the client’s side. After defining the scope for MVP, we started with developing the most complicated and troublesome parts of the project, such as multi-tenancy and adding the possibility to e-sign documents and contracts. For security needs we used firewalls, HTTPS, TLS and authentication mechanisms via Google. Also we’ve created a functionality to manage and analyze internal changes inside the companies based on their requests and documentation, so the client could easily track changes in ownership and shares.
